When you buy this coupon you are purchasing a LED Glass replacement service for one 15" MacBook Pro Unibody laptops, this is for glass replacement only and does NOT include a new LED panel.  The glass we use is brand new and is NOT plastic but original glass.  You pay $1.00 now plus the return shipping and when we're done the balance of $168 will be due and a private auction will be setup for the balance

      This auction is for the replacement the glass on the LED of all 15" MacBook Pro Unibody laptops.  If your LED Glass is broken, scratched or damaged, we will remove the old glass and replace it with new original glass (not plastic) and put it back together .  This is for replacement of the glass only and  does not include replacement of the LED or any other parts on your computer.

     We are in the business of repairing Apple logic boards to the component level, if you have one that causes scrambled video, no video, no power, Ethernet not working, won't see the hard drive, or other similar symptoms then odds are we will be able to fix it.  We are one of the few companies in the country who have a high-end BGA rework station that allows us to reflow and/or remove and replace any component on modern day circuit boards.

The process is as follows:
1.    Once you buy the auction go through the checkout process and pay for the auction and return shipping
2.    Once you have paid, we will send you an email with instructions on how to ship to us as well as a reference number - PLEASE                be sure to write this number on the outside of the box and if possible write a brief description of the problem.
3.   We now offer a 90-day warranty on all our repairs excluding spill damage and customers pay shipping one direction on returns.
4.    Our Turn-Around time is 3-5 days.
5.    Be sure to include a contact phone number in case one of the technicians needs to speak with you.
6.    If you pay through PayPal this will be the email and physical address which all correspondence and shipping will be done with.
7.    Once we receive your computer you will get a notice to let you know it has arrived.
8.    Once we have repaired your computer you will you will be contacted to finalize payment.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Question:  Do I need to send in my hard drive, AC Adapter and Battery?
Answer:  No, we don't need your hard drive but we do need your AC Adapter and Battery as they need to be tested to make sure either one didn't cause the problem.

Question:  What if I send a board in but it's not bad?
Answer:  If we get your board and find it NTF (No Trouble Found) you will have to pay a $35 test fee plus the $10 or what ever shipping you paid for return shipping.

Question:  Do you take spill damage boards?
Answer:  Yes, but understand these boards are many times unrepairable and you should inspect to make sure there isn't excessive corrosion.

Question:  How will I know when you receive my computer?
Answer:  We email all our customers the day your board/unit arrives at our facility.

Question:  Are you sure you can fix my board?
Answer:  No, we are not sure we can fix your board as its impossible to get schematics from Apple and we don't know if someone else has already worked on your board or if there is excessive corrosion or damage to the board.  We fix most of the boards and we wish we could fix them every time but without schematics it's simply impossible, this is the reason we don't charge you until we're done and if we don't fix it then we don't charge you.  Please don't get angry with our staff if you have an unrepairable board, imagine how we feel, we might put two hours of labor into your computer and not get paid for it!


Question:  How will I know when you are done with my computer?
Answer:  It is VERY important that you include your phone number so we can call you, email doesn't always find you and a phone is a much better form of communication in case we have any questions.

Question:  What do I do with a board that you can't repair?
Answer:  Often times we will make you an offer on the unrepairable board as some of the parts on the boards are highly specialized and we depopulate the components so we can use them for other repairs.


Question:  If my board is deemed unrepairable can you offer me a replacement?
Answer:  Yes, many times we will do a board swap for the same price but on some of the more expensive boards we cannot do a board swap so we will source a board for you and quote you a replcement price.

1.  We will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.

8.  We will not ship items as a gift for your poor old grandmother, so please don't ask, we will ship all international  repair orders as "Warranty Repair" so you shouldn't have to pay duty and tax but all depends on your tax laws.

For customers that purchased products directly from Sierra Circuit Repair, Inc./Mac2MacOnline.com via the website, eBay, or telephone sales, customer may return defective or malfunctioning products to up to 30 days from the date of receipt for refund. This refund will only include original shipping charges, customer pays return shipping charges. If the products were purchased from SCR, Inc.  under a written agreement or contract with SCR, Inc. there may be different terms for the return of products under said policy. To return products, call SCR, Inc. Sales Support (1-530-896-0490 or 1-800-951-9868) to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Products must be returned to SCR, Inc.  in their original packaging (or comparable packaging).
