This sale is for Machine Applique Pattern for a Fat Cat. It's a PetBank, you know like a piggy bank, also it hangs on the wall. This item/items is in good used condition. Please refer to the picture, everything in the picture goes with this auction. Sold as is.

We do know that this is a long bit of description and information, but most of the answers to questions concerning our store can be found here. If you have a question that is not covered here please e-mail us, we are always willing to chat over the e-mail. Beware though, we don't stay up all night, downtime for us and the computer is approximately 10:30PM - 8AM Mountain time. Tuesdays are computer maintenance days, so we may be a little slow getting to your e-mail and answering it on that day.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED; We are requesting only bidders using PayPal, BidPay or money orders in the United States. International bidders are welcome as long as you can pay by PayPal or BidPay in U.S. Currency. The ONE EXCEPTION is we WILL NOT send Lego items (or other plastic toy items) to ITALY, due to the prohibition of non-wood items into that country. We do NOT take Personal Checks or Cashiers Checks. from any buyer.

INSURANCE: We will be more than happy to insure your items if items are sent to a United States address, and insurance is purchase by the buyer, up to $50.00 is $1.30 and between 50.01 and $100 is $2.30. If you choose not to buy the insurance we will not be responsible for the item, once we turn it over to the Post Office. We do not offer insurance on international shipping.

PAYMENT TIME PERIOD: The winner needs to pay for their auctions within 10 days of the end of the auction, not less prior arrangements have been made with Smoky's Trading Post. If money is not received within 10 days we will attempted to contact you by e-mail, if you do not respond and make arrangements to pay, we will then give you negative feedback and re-list the item.

E-MAILS: If a problems occurs, talk to us, we are very human, we understand that things happen, and we will attempt to work it out with you. We respond to question e-mails, normally within just a few hours, sometimes it takes us longer, but we will respond.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: As you can tell from our feedback our shipping is fast. We try to very hard to have the item to the Post Office within 72 hours of it being paid for, of course being human, sometimes that don't work or holidays prevent it from happening. But 99% of the time it does. Shipping and Handling to the lower 48 states is $2.50-3.00 for the smaller auctions, $4.50-$5.00 for the 3/4 pounds and 1 pound auctions. 3 pounds of Legos ship for $9.00 to the 48 states. Puzzles ship for anywhere between 4.50 for small 100 piece puzzles to around 9.00 for puzzles that weigh 3 pounds. The three pound puzzles will not have a flat rate fee on them, we will do that based on zip code and weight, hopefully saving you a little money. Of course, Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping is highter and we will try to use the Global Priority Mail Flate Rate Envelopes where possible. Again any question e-mail us.

COMBINED SHIPPING and HANDLING: We do combine shipping and handling fees. When purchasing numerous items, shipping and handling will be based on shipping weight, instead of the flat rate fees. If you win an auction and want to continue to shop, just e-mail us and let us know. Then when you are finished shopping let us know, and we will be more than happy to pack, weigh and invoice your items. When buying items out of the store, you need to let us invoice you for the items, so that you get the shipping and handling discount.

Check out my other items! All the $.49 store Lego Sale items, first store item's shipping and handling is $2.00 and each additional $.49 item is $.30 as long as you let us invoice you for them, so that we can change the shipping amount on them. The computer does not know how to do the combine shipping and handling. Of course if you buy numerous items, then this does not apply, you will get an even larger discount. We also have other items in the store like jigsaw puzzles and books. All items in our store can be combined with the online auction items and store items as long as they are paid for at the same time. Not less noted in the auction that they can not be combined.
