This is a reproduction of a vintage photograph depicting a messenger boy working for Mackay Telegraph Company, Waco, Texas, leaning on bicycle, pipe in his mouth; taken in September, 1913, by Lewis Hine who worked as an investigative photographer for the National Child Labor Committee (NCLC), documenting working and living conditions of children in the United States between 1908 and 1921. Measuring 21" x 15", this classic historical image is printed on very heavyweight satin paper and displays like a work of art.
