Should errors in listing occur, we will keep you informed of any error and will do our best to bring a quick resolution without having to cancel the transaction. TAL WARRANTS ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY: Customer is responsible for return freight for RMA work. TAL will pay freight back to customer. Damage or loss of warranty goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned under the warranty which is found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee fee per item with a $5 minimum.
No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization). No refunds will be made for shipping cost.
Seller reserves the right to choose to either replace or refund at our discretion, based on the availability and feasibility of replacement product.
REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES OR DEFECTS within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Combined Shipping Discounts ~ If our auction lists more than 1 item available for purchase, shipping/handling for each addition item ordered is discounted by $2.00. This will be automatically calculated by eBay after you've made the purchase. If you're purchasing different items from us, the same rule applies and will be automatically calculated when we combine your separate orders into one. Please note combined shipping discount is only available for items purchased within a 72 hour period.
