INSURANCE
This is probably our most important policy. We will attest that your item was intact when we shipped it out to you. Please consider purchasing insurance for your auction win. It is rare that that items get lost in the mail and even rarer that they get broken-but it does happen occasionally.WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE MAIL SERVICE. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN THE TIME TO READ OUR POLICIES.
In most cases we are self-insuring the items we ship-meaning that we collect the insurance fees and put them in a seperate account. Then if an item is lost or damaged, we can quickly send a replacement of refund using the funds from that account. We find this method to much quicker than dealing with the post office's red tape. However, you still must purchase the insurance, in order for your item to be covered. Our insurance rates are the same as those of the Post Office. $1.30 will purchase insurance for item(s) up to $50.00 in value

**AFTER THE AUCTION**
We use auctionworks to help us manage our auctions. After an auction you have bid on has successfully ended, please wait for a winners notifcation to be emailed to you. It should arrive within a few hours. If it does not arrive after 24 hours, PLEASE email me at susansuzicue@aol.com and I will email you the information you need. We also ask that you please use the auctionworks checkout even if you intend to pay by personal check or money order. This allows us to stay organized.

The fine print: We ship first class or parcel post and UPS. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know. Unless you state your preference, the shipping method will be at our discretion. We ship Tuesday through Friday and usually ship items the same day or the following day that payment is received. During the holiday season, we ship Monday through Saturday.
We accept Visa/MC, paypal, money orders and personal checks (will be held until cleared). Visa and Mastercard Payments can be made via our auctionworks checkout system or by phoning us at 1-614-794-3082. We are available to take credit card payments by phone on Tuesday through Saturday from 11-5 (Eastern Time).
Ohio residents subject to 6.75% sales tax. For winning bidder, email response expected within three days of auction close and payment expected in ten days. If payment is not received within ten days, we reserve the right to relist the item or sell to another buyer. If for some reason payment will be delayed, please just drop us a line and let us know and we can try to hold your item longer. We are generally very understanding people.
