This an Auction....We are not (Walmart Lowes Home Depot etc.) I think you get the idea........We are an antique dealer and as such sell all items as is where is with NO WARRANTY express or implied.  Items are not returnable.  We are not set up to take and returns and returns cost $$$ which would result in higher costs to our buyers.  We have this policy  to keep our costs low and save you $$$$.  We sell online exclusively and do not have a "Brick and mortar" store for in person browsing.  If you have questions please email them and we will answer them. It may take up to 24 hours for us to answer emails.  We prefer to communicate by email as we have regular jobs and a family so please allow for that. 

Due to the nature of the items we sell, items are described to the best of our knowledge and ability. We will be happy to answer any questions while bidding is open. Once bidding is closed and you have purchased the item it is yours and is NON RETURNABLE!!! This is the way auctions and sales work......This is the way we buy and the way we sell. All items are sold where is as is with no warranty expressed or implied. This is the way auction sales work.

All items are offered shipping insurance. It is our belief that customers should have the right to decide if they want to pay this or not on items less than $100.00. All items sold for over $100 will be required to have insurance and be insured for the value sold at auction. One exception to this is GLASS ITEMS ALL glass items must be insured. This is for your protection and ours. Glass items will be packed and shipped carefully but carriers still damage items on ocassion. That is what insurance is for. If you decline insurance anything that happens to your items in transit (Lost Stolen Damaged) after it leaves our possession is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. This is common sense.....but some people have no sense of personal responsibility for their decisions. When insurance is taken ALL claims must be filed with the carrier (UPS or US Postal Service) We will assist you any way we can but, ultimately the claim is between you and the carrier. West Coast and over seas buyers be aware shipping can sometimes be very slow. This is beyond our control. Please direct comments about slow shipping service to your local postal or UPS authority. We have had shipments to the west coast take up to 15 business days.

Feedback Policy:We leave feedback as appropriate. Due to the large number of items listed, we leave feedback is bulk. Feedback is not the place to resolve problems. Making threats of leaving negative feedback is against the ebay rules will be reported. Feedback will not be left until we are sure you have received your item and you are satisfied. Your feedback about us will indicate that you have received your item.
