I make it a practice to reuse and recycle shipping materials whenever I can…not only for financial reasons, but for ecological reasons.

All books and tapes go out media mail (media mail can take up to 2-4 weeks - per my post office, however most of the books sent out media mail take no more than 1 week). If you need priority shipping, please email me.

Paypal payments will be shipped 24-48 Hours after payment (usually 24 hours) on business days. I send an email stating that the item has shipped out. Paypal Payments will go to the address on the paypal account unless you notify me.

Refunds: I only refund for things I have made a mistake on that have been inadvertantly grossly misrepresented. Please ask questions, and read item descriptions very carefully BEFORE bidding.
