Very Tough To Find.  These Were Not Available In Any Booster Packs Or Starter Decks, Only In Collectors Edition Factory Sets.  Black Bordered With Square Corners.  The Back Of The Card Has A Gold Border.

Due to the square borders Collector's Edition cards are EXTREMELY difficult to come by in grades of PSA-8 or higher.
