This is a SIGNED "Artist Proof" cards of "Relentless Rats" that Tom Baxa originally painted for the Magic the Gathering set, "Fifth Dawn".   These are APs from the re-release in the 11th edition (2010) set.  Tom did one original sketch on the back! 

 

Artist Proofs, or "white backs" are special promotional cards that have the normal card imagery on the front, but nothing printed on the back (to prevent use in game play). Fifty Artist Proofs are given to the artist who did the art for the card. They are only available from the artist and are pretty rare!  A nice item for your collection when signed by the artist.
