Magnet Antenna SO-239 Mount Base for Ham PL-259 HF VHF

Made in USA.  We set out to make it better than all others. 3 each of large 5" magnets, with steel dish encased in a plastic shell so it avoids scratching the car. Massive stainless bolts and nuts fasten each magnet to our stamped 3/16" thick aluminum plate, 12" on each side. It is 16" over-all including magnets. Weight is a hefty 9 Lbs. The plate is electrostatic powder coated for full corrosion protection. Color is white or battleship gray. (Sorry, we dont know what color you will get but you can email and we will check). The antenna mount is a SO-239 (UHF female) to accept your newer style antenna whips.  We included 15 feet of US made RG-58A/U with UHF male on the end and strain reliefe provided by the double wall adhesive heat shrink tubing. Even the UHFs we use are custom made to our spec so the heat shrink adhesive grabs connector body not just the crimp ring.. The cable is attached to the base with clamps so you dont damage the connector joint. Check the picture details carefully and notice each step.We are the actual designer and mfg of this item.
