Feedback is left immediately upon receiving feedback from you. This is done for two reasons, one we know that everyone was satisfied in the entire transaction, two through our automated systems that are ran it looks for feedback left and leaves it for us.

You will receive an invoice via email at the end of the auction.

Payment is due within 3 business days once you receive your invoice.

We accept the following methods for payment:

• PayPal (Preferred Method)
• Money Order
• Cashier's Check (with a 10 business day hold, absolutely no personal checks please.)

Due to certain internet service providers, it is also your responsibility to contact us within 3 business days if you do not receive an email from us. Sometimes internet service providers can accidentally filter mail that you should have otherwise received into your junk or trash folders making it seem like we have not contacted you. Please send an email requesting information on how you are going to pay and give us a phone number so we can reach you, as we have been unable to reach you by email.

Please do not submit your bid/order unless you intend to buy.

Refunds/Returns: In providing top-level customer service, we gladly accept returns, no questions asked, as long as the part is returned in unused/unopened condition. The refund will equal the price of the item (shipping charges are not refunded) less a 10% restocking fee to cover the transaction and restocking costs associated with the return.
