This pair of magnificent loetzglass vases was designed by the architect and scene-painter Prof. Witzman from Vienna. The blueprint dates back to 1899. The shape and the decor are revolutionary for the time and even back then they have been wanted collectors pieces. Both vases show a beautiful and rich golden colour. The combed waveoptic decor was brandnew in 1899 and was celebrated on the world exhibition in Paris 1900.

Dieses Pärchen wurde von dem berühmten Architekten und Bühnenbildner Prof. Witzmann aus Wien entworfen. Der Musterschnitt stammt aus 1899. Die Form und der Dekor sind für die damalige Zeit revolutionär und waren schon damals ein gefragtes Kunstliebhaberobjekt. Die beiden Vasen weisen einen durchdringenden und wunderschönen Goldton auf. Der wellenoptisch verkämmte Dekor war 1899 eine Neuheit in Europa und wurde auf der Weltausstellung in Paris im Jahr 1900 über alle Maßen gefeiert.
