Exchange and Return Policies
We are proud to provide a Fourteen (14) Day Exchange & Return Policy for this item. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order within Fourteen (14) Days from the Delivery Date, then you can exchange or return it to us for a Partial Refund.
If a buyer chooses to exchange or return this item, then they must first contact our Customer Care Team to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" and "Return Instructions".
Any Item returned without notice or a return authorization may incur additional fees. Exchanges or returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer will pay for shipment back to the designated address provided by our staff. Product (s) must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
All materials and documentation's must be returned.
For Exchanges, the buyer will pay any re-stocking and all shipping costs to re-ship a second time.
For Returns, the buyer will pay any re-stocking fees and all shipping cost. If an item has been sold with free shipping, then the actual shipping, handling, and insurance cost will be deducted from the refund.
No Re-Stocking Fee for items priced $249.99 or less. A 5% to 30% Re-Stocking Fee will apply to items priced over $250.

This product can be shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii can call for availability and a shipping quote, "Before Bidding or Buying it Now", additional shipping cost will apply. This product cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, or to International Destination. Express Shipping is not available at this time.
This shipper does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, A. P.O., or F. P.O. If your address is to a PO, APO, or FPO Box, then please contact us with a shippable street address. Shipment will be withheld until we receive a shippable address. We allow shipment to an Alternative Address or Gift Address. Please contact us immediately after you have purchased to provide us with the recipient's name, address, and daytime telephone number.
