Shipping and handling charge to be paid by Indian buyer - Rs. 80. Non-Indians pay US $3.25 or INR 125. I will combine postage costs for single stamps. For collections of more than 15 stamps per lot, or covers, winner will have to pay US $1.00 or INR 50 for each additional lot won. Shipping by registered post, proof of postage is always retained.
We pack securely but Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping until and unless Shipping Insurance is paid for by the Buyer. Such insurance costs 15% of item price.
