| Do you offer special rates for students? |
Yes we support students with a special discount of 50 %,
a) during their studies, and
b) Also 12 month after their studies finished, in order to support them during their job searching and settlement period.
Special Tarifs for students:
Student rates apply for students between 18 Ð 30 years old ( age at date of
registration ) providig copy of ID and yearly School / College or University
valid certificate about their student status.
Once student status finishes BPM will maintain the student rate for
additional 12 months.
12 months after finishing his studies, customer agrees to pay the full
published rates with his contract renewal. The BPM Box number will remain
the same with contract renewal.

| Do I need to have a business or personal address in Luxembourg or Europe to sign a BPM-Lux contract? |
| No Ð all worldwide residents, individuals or companies are welcome to register. |

| At what time can I pick up my letters and parcels? |
| Any time: BPM-Lux is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week for registered customers, and offers you free and easy parking. After registration you will receive a magnetic chip and a key giving you access to the BPM-Lux store and your BPM-Box. |

| When can I start to use your service and give my new address to friends, suppliers and partners ? |
Just after registration you will get an e-mail informing you of your BPM Box NrÉ ÉÉ. After that, BPM-Lux will begin to receive letters and parcels for you. In a few days you will receive a Welcome Package, with your magnetic chip, your key, and stickers with your new address. (Depending on the service you have chosen). |

| What is the duration of the contract ? |
| You can sign the contract with a duration of one or up to three years. You can select to pay on a yearly or monthly basis. The contract can be cancelled on a monthly basis, without any penalties. |

| Can I register my company at the BPM-Lux street address ? |
| No, if the customer is a company, the company retains its administrative and registered address. The agreement signed with BPM-Lux is not a domiciliation agreement. BPM-Lux will not act as a domiciliary agent. If you need this service please consult the links for partners offering this service. |

| Can BPM-Lux also receive registered letters? |
| Each individual or entity (customers ) authorizes BPM-Lux to receive any mail, packages, express and certified letters at the BPM-Box, which show a valid BPM-Box number and / or customers name on the consignee address of the letter, accepting the contract conditions during the registration process. |

| Can I also send parcels to my BPM-Box in Luxembourg? |
Yes Ð parcels are welcome, will be received and stored in special BPM-Parcel boxes BPM will take receptions in UK, USA, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Belgium.You will receive a notification in your BPM-Box ( BPM 1 ), by Email ( BPM 3 and BPM 9 ). And / or by SMS if you selected BPM 5 and or BPM 7 packages. |

| Do you receive letters or parcels from any courier, postal or express delivery service? |
| Yes Ð we receive all letters and parcels addressed to your BPM-Box. In UK, USA, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium and France. |

| What are the maximum parcel dimensions that can I send to my BPM-Box? |
Parcels with a max dimension of 40 cm x 31 cm x 40 cm will be placed in the BPM Parcel box.
Oversize pieces such as bicycles, TV sets, etc. larger than above measures will be accepted and can be picked up at very flexible and convenient hours at our pick up window. For Germany, Belgium and France, the max dimensions are 40 cm x 31 cm x 54 cm.

| Can I also send COD shipments ? (Collect on delivery) |
Sorry Ð no shipments, parcels or envelopes will be accepted with amounts to be collected by the delivery carries from BPM-Lux. Please arrange with your supplier credit card payments in advance, or open an account with your supplier in order to be able to pay via invoice. |

| How should I, my suppliers, partners and friends address my mail? |

| How do you treat confidentiality ? |
The staff of BPM-Lux is under written commitment and contractual obligation to handle clientsÕ instructions, messages, phone calls, faxes, letters, emails with the utmost secrecy and not to disclose any client-related information to a third party. Each staff member of BPM-Lux is checked by local authorities and instructed about data security and postal privacy. All staff members must provide a faultless certificate of good conduct from the police, before taking up employment. |

| What type of goods can I have forwarded to me ? |
| Anything that is not banned by the country of origin, European and local customs and post office authorities. If it is banned, the authorities will confiscate it, and we will be forced to immediately cancel your account. |

| Do you open my mail ? |
| Normally no. We will only open your mail if instructed by yourself: for example when you have asked us to scan your letters or if you have chosen the BPM 7 service which includes the service of scanning your letters and placing the scanned mail in your BPM E-Box on our secure web server. |

| How often will you forward to me ? |
Normally as selected by yourself: daily, weekly or monthly. |

| How do I keep track of my mail or parcels? |
With BPM 3 and BPM 9 you receive an e-mail notification twice per day informing you about the letters and parcels received. With BPM 5 , you receive an e-mail and an SMS (text message) notification twice per day, informing your about the letters and parcels received. With BPM 7 It's Easy, you receive an e-mail and an SMS (text message) notification twice per day, then simply Login to your Customers account and click on "Scanned documents and invoices " - Here you will see your scanned letters in PDF format. Please note: newspapers, magazines, books, parcels, CD Roms and DVDs, etc will be forwarded as per your instructions and not scanned. |

| How secure are scanned documents? |
| You will not receive an e-mail because e-mails are not sufficiently secure. Your letters will be uploaded on to our secure web server for maximum 60 days. You will be notified of the receipt via email and/or SMS. |

| How do I change my forwarding address? |
| By logging onto your Customers account and click on Change personal settings where you may change your preferred address of forwarding for "letters and parcels". We will forward to the last given address, so even if you are on a longer business trip or vacation you can be sure your letters and parcels will arrive at the destination of your choice. |

| How often may I change my details ? |
| As often as you like (free of charge) by logging onto your Customers account . |

| Can you please clarify your forwarding charges? |
We will forward as per your instructions, daily, weekly or monthly. We have negotiated special advantageous rates for our customers with selected and recognized carriers. All forwarding will essentially be via airmail for overseas addresses at the most convenient rates for you. |

| I need to open a bank account and the bank will not accept a PO Box. Can I open a bank account using your address? |
| We have never had a problem with a customer not being able to open a bank account using our address. Your address with us is a street address, not a PO Box. |

| What are the advantages of the Ò Send Letters Ò service? |
| If you are travelling outside Luxembourg and need to send a letter with a Luxembourg post stamp, we will do this for you. Just key in your message, upload your logo, we will print and mail your letter out of Luxembourg within 24 hours. You can access this service via your customers account, just click Ò Send Letters Ò. |

| I have not received your welcome email. Is there a problem with my account? |
If you have a virus or spam filter make sure to check your Junk E-mail folder as our welcome email may go to this folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If not, you will be notified separately (normally within 24 hours excluding weekends) by our staff per phone. If you are unsure please contact us at: account@bpm-lux.com |
