Sales Tax Sears Liquidation Center is required by law to collect taxes and charges applicable sales tax in all states. For CA residents, the applicable California Electronics Waste fee will be charged on all relevant items. A California statute requires us to collect an electronic waste recycling fee on purchases of certain products that are shipped to a CA address. The fee is embedded in your product cost as part of the sale price and remitted by Sears to the State of California in accordance with statutory requirements. The fee structure is below:

1) What is the source of product on the Sears Liquidation Center eBay store? All products are original customer returns and/or slightly used unless otherwise stated - we offer great deals on returned products.
2) Can items won on eBay be returned to Sears stores? No. Sears stores can not accept returns for items bought at the Sears Liquidation Center on eBay. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact customer service at searsliquidation@genco.com.
3) If I win an item, can I pick it up at a Sears store? No. There is no in-store pickup. Items are shipped via UPS.
4) Will my product be missing any parts? Most products are missing non-critical parts and/or manuals. Unfortunately, we are not able to sell parts or manuals directly. Parts may be obtained at your expense by calling 1-800-4MY-HOME Please see the Shipping section in specific Sears Liquidation Center auction listings for more information on shipping.
5) Does Sears Liquidation Center offer combined shipping discounts? No. Our products are shipped from multiple locations. As a result, we do not offer combined shipping.
6) Where does Sears Liquidation Center ship product? We can only ship product within the 48 contiguous US states. We can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other international location.
