 Gorgeous antique Malachite and English Silver Partners Inkwell Desk Stand.

Large over size piece. The entire surface decorated with beautiful malachite veneer.

Extremely well designed to be used on a partners desk, Can be opened and used on both sides.

Two deep recesses for pens. Elegantly stands on four silvered bronze feet.

Full set of English hallmarks (in three places) for London 1870 to silver mounts on inkwell together with makers mark H. G & S .

One of the rare pieces that would look fabulous in an Antique or Contemporary interior design.

A substantial and heavy piece. In very good antique condition throughout, with only two or three small areas of old restoration, and expected age lines, quite normal and accepted for delicate antique malachite veneer.

A very rare item. The only one I have had with this dual opening inkwell design.

SIZE:- 10 .1/4 inches wide x 8 inches deep.4 inches highest.
