Continental United States Buyers.   I prefer Paypal for payment.  To ensure your security and safety as well as mine I will ship only to verified address.   I will also accept a Cashiers Check for payment, however there will be a delay in shipping till payment clears.  Winning bidder to pay $10.00 for UPS ground shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation.  UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so you must provide a valid street address.  PA residents add 6% Sales Tax.

Overseas and Foreign Buyers.    Overseas, Foreign and Canadian buyers contact me directly BEFORE you bid to be sure you understand my payment terms and to request a shipping quote.  If you have 50 or more positive feedbacks and a rating of 99% or higher I will accept Paypal for payment from you.  If you do not meet this criteria, I may accept Paypal depending upon your feedback rating, however other payment arrangements may be required (Wire Transfer).  All overseas items will be shipped via USPS and all additional expenses and any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by your country are your responsibility.   Foreign bidders, the length of time it takes for you to receive a package is greatly determined by your postal service.  The United States Post Service usually hands off my items via airmail to your postal service in less than a week, however it can take an additional several weeks for your postal service and customs clearance before you get the package so please be aware and please be patient.
