(May 2008): I have tried the capsules for a few days. I work graveyard in a grocery store and really wanted to try the Xango juice and when I saw it in capsule form, I thought that would work better for me. I stalk shelves & do price changing. The nights stalking, I'm on my knees, the were aching. From taking the Mangosteen the aching is gone.
