We only ship items to your Visa / Mastercard Billing Address or PayPal Confirmed Address. These addresses must be physical addresses. If you have recently moved, please ensure your addresses are updated prior to checkout. We do not accept Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Bank Wires, etc. Please allow PayPal eCheck payments at least five (5) business days to clear. Declared value (DV) and Signature Confirmation (SC) may not be reflected in the shipping calculator. DV is required for items over $100 and SC for items over $250. As required by Alabama state law, sales tax is required for all purchases terminating within the State of Alabama. Items will usually ship out within 3-5 business days (Mon - Fri) after payment confirmation (Large, fragile, and/or bulky items may take longer). Please allow 1-4 additional business days for transit by the carrier. Checkout / payment must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction.	We ship via FEDEX unless otherwise stated in the description section of this listing. Our fees are determined by the weight AND dimensions of the package and also include first-quality materials and packing services. Local Pick Up is available (unless otherwise indicated). Local pick ups must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days of the end of the auction. Whenever possible, all electronic equipment including computers, musical equipment, cell phones, stereo equipment, etc. are booted up & powered on. We do not and cannot perform additional testing (unless otherwise stated). We describe each item to the best of our ability and know-how but we are not experts on the items we list. We are not grading experts and condition estimates typically refer to cosmetic appearance and can be subjective. Handling charges are $3.99 for domestic and $5.99 for international orders. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the item (dimensional weight) and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.
Declared value (DV) and Signature Confirmation (SC) charges are automatically included in our shipping charges.

Lower U.S. 48 states: FedEx Ground Home Delivery. We cannot not ship to APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes, etc
AK - HI - PR: USPS Priority.
Canada: FedEx Ground
International (Ex. Canada): USPS Priority International.

We reserve the right to ship using an alternate method if your item will not be covered under the carrier's declared value terms & conditions.

Orders are ONLY shipped to your Visa / Mastercard Billing Address or PayPal Confirmed Address. You will receive a tracking number via email when your item ships. If you have recently moved, please ensure your addresses are updated prior to checkout.

HANDLING CHARGES
Domestic orders $3.99 handling per item.
International orders $5.99 per item.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

INSURANCE
We require insurance on items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Unfortunately our proprietary auction management/checkout system does not allow us to combine shipping. No exceptions. If you win multiple auctions/items your items may arrive in separate shipments.

LOCAL PICK-UP
Please contact us at 205.995.9400 or email us at service.al0266@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Birmingham location (our store information can be found here). Items should be paid for prior to pick up We request a courtesy call before pickup to allow us to have your items ready when you arrive.

The following handling charges apply to your local pickup:

FLOOR ITEMS (Over Sized Items) $10 Handling Fee on EACH item.
SHELF ITEM (Large Items) $ 7 Handling Fee on EACH item.
BIN ITEM (Small Items) $ 5 Handling Fee on EACH item.

Pick up items will be held in the store for ten (10) days from the closing of the auction. If the item has not been picked up after the 10th day, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged to the buyer (unless prior arrangements have been made with the staff of iSold It - Birmingham). If the item has been paid for but not picked up, we will create an account for the buyer and relist the item on eBay. Storage fees will be deducted from the proceedings of said auction.

All local pick-up orders will be charged 9% Alabama sales tax plus a handling fee based on the size of the item.

SHIPPING CLAIMS
We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care. There are rare occasions when an item is lost or sustains damage during shipment. Please call us to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the packaging and damage if available. The claims process takes approximately 10-21 business days. Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved & paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund. If your item is over $100.00, we require declared value coverage for your shipment at checkout. iSold It - Birmingham liability, without declared value coverage shall not exceed $100.00.

RETURN POLICY

ALL OUR AUCTIONS ARE SOLD AS-IS AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It - Birmingham strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! We only accept returns if the item was GROSSLY misrepresented in the auction. All information contained in the listing is considered reliable.

Buyer Must contact us within 48 hours at 205.995.9400 or email us to service.al0266@i-soldit.com to initiate a return and obtain an RMA#. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. ORIGINAL SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We record serial numbers and security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify serial numbers, security markings and compare pre-auction photos / archived information of the item.

Forms of Payment:
We ONLY accept payments via PayPal (bidders must have with a PayPal confirmed address), Mastercard and Visa as well as debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo. We do not accept Money Orders, International Money Orders or Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks.

Sales Tax:
