
Q: Is this item brand new?
A: We always make accurate descriptions of our items, so if we say it is new, it is new, never used or tested on (the palettes we test on we do not sell). As part of a new packaging feature, most palettes now come shrink wrapped. The box, however, may have been opened for quality inspections to make sure the palette is not broken before shipping.
Q: How well do you package this item?
A: We always use high quality packaging materials to minimize the chance of breakage. The following diagram shows how we package:

Finally, even though we do everything we can to make sure you receive your palettes in perfect condition, it could still get very roughly handled and could still arrive to you in bad condition. Q: How long will it take to ship to me?
A: After we process your order, it normally takes 2 business days for domestic (United States) orders, and approximately 12 business days for international orders, excluding any time spent at customs, if any. We provide even faster shipping methods at an additinal cost. For more information on express mail and/or other expedited shipipng methods, please contact us. Q: What is the difference between the #01 and #02 versions?
A: The only difference between the two different version palettes are the colors available. Both of them have a good variety of matte and shimmer colors, although #01 generally has brighter colors than #02 does. #01 also has 6 multi-hued colors that tends to make it more popular than #02. However, #02 has more colors suitable for everyday wear. No color is the same in either palette, so if you were to buy both, you would have 240 unique colors to play with.
Q: The palette accidentally got dropped. Is there a way for me to repair the broken eye shadows?
A: Yes. To repair a broken eye shadow, you will need isopropyl alcohol (available at your local pharmacy), a paper towel, and a dime. Place a few drops of alcohol on top of the broken eye shadow. Place the paper towel directly above the eye shadow pot and the dime above that. Press down firmly to compress the shattered shadows. Remember that if you purchased your palette from us and the damage happened during shipping, contact us first to see if it is eligible to be classified as damage beyond repair for a free replacement!
Q: I am hesitant about buying cosmetics from unfamiliar brands due to safety reasons. I read that you test the cosmetics. Can you please explain this process more in detail? A:We have tested our cosmetics twice, once using a professional testing site, and once (per batch of palettes) using a home-based lead testing kit. The professional testing is a weeklong process that tests the cosmetics for durability and for all hazardous materials. If passed, this results in a 4-page certificate, of which page 3 is shown in the last picture above. Please note that the certificate ONLY applies to the cosmetics we sell. The cosmetics arrive to our facility in the United States using our own export company in China. While the manufacturer does sell to many other sellers on eBay, we cannot say anything about the safety of their products. This test occurs only once. For every batch of palettes we get imported, we also put the palettes through a home lead-inspection test via the LeadInspector. This tests for general leachable lead. We will only put out a batch of palettes for shipping to our customers if the lead test passes. For more information on the LeadInspector and how it tests for lead, click here. We do NOT test every single palette, and the palettes that have been tested on do not get sold to ensure you receive a 100% brand new product. Q: What are your restrictions on the 100% guarantee?
A: We do not reimburse shipping costs on your behalf for shipping the item back to us. We do not refund additional shipping costs if you paid for international and/or expedited shipping. For palettes lost, stolen, or damaged, proper documentation must be provided so a digital camera may be necessary. On heavily damaged palettes beyond repair, we will send you a replacement WITHOUT the need for you to return the damaged item back to us. Even though we allow you to keep the damaged palette, please note that purposefully damaging items or switching out a good item with a damaged one with the intention of receiving a full refund or a free replacement is considered fraud and against the law. Palettes must still be in shrink wrap and reported within 30 days of purchase in order to claim damage. 100% guarantee applies to all United States customers and most international customers.
