TERMS OF SHIPMENT:

1), If you live in USA, Canada, or Europe, we make delivery to door.

2), If you live other than above countries, please contact for confirmation before bidding.

3), For STOCK items, we could make delivery within 2 weeks, on the transportation it will take around 4-6 weeks ... so totally 6-8 weeks.

4), For NOT-STOCK items, we could make delivery within 6 weeks, plus 4-6 weeks, totally 10 to 12 weeks.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

we accept Paypal and wire transfer.

TERMS OF RETURN POLICY & DECLARATION:

1), For STOCK items, we will try to describe and show photo as clear as possible. Please check carefully, if you are not sure or have any questions, please e-mail us to clarify or ask for more photos, otherwise we consider as you agree with the item as it is. We could not give refund for faulty could be seen from the photos.
2), For NON-STOCK items, we will send photos from different angles before package for your approval. We will not make delivery before got your confirmation.

3), In case of any spare parts broken during transportation, we will make replacement and deliver to you. Please have a check when receive and write a note on delivery receipt for any broken or damage, and e-mail us the receipt.

4), Marble is natural material, there will be variation of color and vein for NON-STOCK items. This could not be the reason of claim or refuse.
