Items must be insured at time of payment to quality for money back or replacement if
lost or damaged. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of package of any
shipping claims. We file all UPS and Fed-Ex claims, but the buyer must file any USPS.
All Dept 56 defective merchandise claims are handled through the manufacturer. Please
check with your warranty info because the warranty period varies from company to company.
