We accept all credit cards and eChecks using PayPal through eBay's Checkout system. We also accept cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders drawn on US banks in US funds.  Items paid for by personal check or eCheck will be held until the check has cleared.  IL buyers will be responsible for 8% sales tax on this item.  

Once you receive the item, please inspect it and confirm everything is OK by leaving positive feedback and we will do the same.  We do everything possible to earn your Five Star Feedback and we hope you'll pay us that great compliment.  If for any reason you feel we haven't earned five stars, please let us know.

If we do not receive payment for this item within 7 days of the auction's end, we reserve the right to relist the item without further notice and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.

Each of our listings includes a shipping calculator which can determine rates to your location (unless the item is being shipped by freight carrier).  For most items, the calculator and the end of auction e-mail received by the winning bidder will show rates for both UPS and USPS.  We will be happy to ship the item through any of the options provided by the calculator.

We take great pride in lightning fast, careful shipping!  We use the highest quality materials to make sure each item is properly padded and arrives in excellent condition. Our shipping costs include a nominal amount to cover the cost of these materials and time.  All items offered by Simply Sold are always available for pickup in Romeoville, IL at no charge.  Items not picked up within 7 days of the auction's close will incur a storage fee of $5 per day starting with the eighth day.  See our About Me Page to find our store location.

We insure all packages through U-Pic Insurance Services against loss or damage in transit.  Please note that the rate quoted in the shipping calculator (unless flat rate is used) already includes the cost of insurance.  No additional USPS or UPS insurance is needed or offered.  In the very rare instance that an item is damaged in transit, you MUST keep all original packaging materials and please contact us so we can file an insurance claim quickly.

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases based on the overall box size and weight and a rate will be calculated after all items have been won upon request.  If you win multiple items, please contact us for a combined amount.  We do not allow the use of external shipping accounts.  All shipments from our store must use our shipping accounts.  

Items over $250 require signature confirmation upon delivery.  Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box.

If this item arrives and does not match the description or pictures above, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (You must e-mail us first to obtain authorization). We do not refund return shipping charges.  Items picked up at our store are considered to be final upon acceptance when picked up.
