• Island Harbor Marina

Island Harbor Marina is located on Lake Langhofer which is part of the Arkansas River Navigation system.   The Marina caters to Seasonal, Transient, and Liveaboards.  The Marina is located at mile 71.2 on the Arkansas River.  We are located just off the main River in a quite harbor. The nearest towns are Pine Bluff and White Hall which are approximately 5 miles via paved roads. 

Prime location on the river.  This is the only facility between Little Rock, Arkansas and Greenville, Mississippi.

Little Rock is approximately 45 minutes by car and an easy trip via boat.  The confluence of the Arkansas and Mississippi rivers are 72 River miles.

The Marina is located on 7.5 acres of privately owned property (Included with the Marina) with about 1700 feet of water frontage.  The Marina consists of Seven  (7) separate Floating docks.

The Office Store and Gas dock consist of approximately 5,400 sq. ft. of dock area with about 1,300 enclosed as office store etc.  A new 1200 sq ft. store building is under construction which will bring the total dock area to about 7,000 sq. ft. And the store area to about 2500 sq. ft.

All slips have access to water, electricity, garbage collection and telephone.

There is a New $12,000 Floating (Pontoon Boat) dock-side pump-out system for pump outs for transient and locale boaters.

There is a 2,700 sq. ft. newly remodeled restaurant building with tile floors overlooking the Marina and River.  The building has a Bar, new walk-in-cooler, nice sized kitchen with  cooking equipment and  tables, table ware , glasses and all the stuff that is needed to be open for business..  There is a large (70’ x 20’) concrete patio overlooking the Marina and River. The Restaurant has a new lease and will open May 15.
