Closing Information

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due within forty-eight (48) hours of the auction ending.  After the close of the auction, the purchaser must begin the closing process within five (5) business days.  A choice of escrow companies will be offered to the purchaser and the purchaser can decide the company they prefer.  Closing costs range from $400-$800 and are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Closing normally takes 6 to 8 weeks to record the deed change.  Seller currently owns the deed free and clear, so this will expedite the closing process.  Seller already has Marriott’s waiver of right of first refusal for a purchase price of $20,000 or greater.

 

 

* Lock off feature allows you to change your every other year stay into a variety of options that can allow you to stay two weeks every other year.  By locking off, you are exchanging your one week in a 2 Bedroom villa for one week in a 1 Bedroom villa (with kitchen) AND one week in a Studio (with small kitchenette).
