Living area is open and  bright and includes a small sun room as well as a large walk out deck off the living room.  Cottage is a duplex and rental is for the main floor as photographed.  Property is on a 1 1/4 ac treed lot off a private association road. Centrally located on Martha's Vineyard with easy access to beaches, entertainment, nature trails, local bus transportation and bike paths.  Besides enjoying beautiful Vineyard beaches and sunsets , in season, you will find charter fishing, parasailing, ocean kayak tours, schooner cruises, great shopping, golf, and much more. This property rental is perfect for four and would make the perfect  gift  for newely weds as a honeymoon cottage. The Vineyard is one of the most popular wedding locations in the country and has alot to offer for newlyweds. Off season is perfect if you need to relax and just need to lay back for awhile.
