Pictures are of the actual guitar in this auction, manufactured in 2008, the item in this auction is in outstanding condition. It has a very tiny, hard to photograph ding, ever so slightly into the finish on the front near the soundhole, and a couple right next to each other on the back. I took pictures in and out of the light so you could see how imperceptible these are. Maybe you'd call this "mint" or "new" condition still, but to a collector this might be important enough to mention.

The Martin 000-28 LSH is a fine acoustic guitar, embodying choice tonewoods and all of Martin's nearly 200 years of guitar craftsmanship and expertise. For exceptional presence, the Martin 000-28 LSH features an Adirondack spruce top with standard Adirondack scalloped bracing. Wild Grain East Indian rosewood comprises the instrument's back and sides, adding warmth, while a genuine mahogany modified-V neck and a black ebony fingerboard and ebony bridge round out the guitar's essential woods. With a 25.4" scale length, this Martin 000-28 LSH also features Martin's 14-fret body style.
