Marvel Comics "Ghost Rider, The Visual Guide, Collectors' Edition.  Written by Andrew Darling, with Forward by Roy Thomas.  Ghost Rider rode a long trail before he materialized in the pages of Marvel Comics in 1973....and it all began with a song, one of the hottest tunes on the radio in 1949 'Ghost Riders In The Sky'.  Magazine Enterprise in the 1940's, produced the first Ghost Rider comic book.  But Comics Code brought it to a halt in 1954.  Marvel brought Ghost Rider back into a truly supernatural Super Hero.  First issue Sept. 1973".  Book sections cover:
