Shipping and Payment Notes

Payment types: We accept PayPal, all major credit cards via PayPal, money orders, and cashiers checks.
Shipping speed: The vast majority of orders are processed and given to shipping company within 24 hours of your payment clearing. This is us getting it out the door. Then it takes however many business days for the shipping company to get it to you. So if it is 2-day shipping advertised above, that would mean we get it out the door within one day (usually same day!) and then shipping company takes 2 business days, so it arrives 2 to 3 business days after your payment clears.
Our combined shipping policy: You can take $2 off the total for each additional item purchased and paid for together. So 2 items total, $2 off. Three items total, $4 off, and so on. This results in not enough discount for some items, and too much discount for others. (We have tiny margins, sometimes this eats up our entire profit on the item.) This is the only way we will do combined shipping or multi-item discounts. Please do not ask for an individualized quote - we will not deter from this $2 each additional item policy.
About PayPal eChecks as payment: If you pay thru PayPal via an eCheck (as opposed to their instant payments), this means it is not a cleared payment. PayPal advises us not to ship until the payment clears, and since such payments often do not clear, we follow PayPal's advise. The clearing process takes PayPal and your bank 3-5 business days so paying by eCheck will usually hold up your order 3-5 business days.
About your shipping address: We consider it our responsibility to send you quality goods in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address to ship to. We do not require a PayPal confirmed address. Yes, we can ship it to whatever address you want. On 2-day shipments, please provide a non-PO Box address, else shipping will be slower. UPS, DHL, and FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box. If we have to use the US Postal Service your order may take longer to get to you.
