Buyer to pay shipping and insurance as stated in description and auction details. If insurance is listed as optional and not purchased, my liability ends at post office or with UPS Pick up.

The shipping method is based on location of buyer and item. Most Mary Frances items ship Priority Mail to US or First class for smaller items. Any items with FREE SHIP will be delivered in the most economical method, either USPS first class, parcel post or UPS ground. Any concerns about delivery dates please email me. International bidders are welcome! PLEASE note I will only ship to countries that UPIC.com insurance will ship to. If you have a question on this please email me before you bid! In general countries with political unrest or warring factions are excluded.

International shipping fees will be quoted in auction - all are based on Airmail rates, without insurance. I carry an insurance policy to cover international shipments at reasonable rates - if paid for your item will be covered. Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. What is your Return Policy?

Returns on Frances Handbags: I as an authorized Mary Frances reseller stand behind all Mary Frances bags - any bags with minor flaws which I have not detected can be returned to me for replacement by Mary Frances. Any problems need to be reported as soon as possible, I must be contacted within 48 hours to receive a refund so please check your bag upon receipt.  If any future problems occur NOT related to wear, please contact me and I will work with Mary Frances to fix your purse. Any concerns or questions with this policy need to be addressed and discussed PRIOR to purchase/auction end.

Refunds or replacement for damaged in transit bags are the responsibility of the buyer if uninsured, and the carrier if insured (either UPS or UPIC insurance).

Returns and Refunds are accepted for items returned in NEW UNUSED condition. I must receive an email within 48 hours of receipt of item of this request. Only the auction price will be refunded, shipping charges and shipping back to me will be at the buyers cost.

Damaged goods for which insurance was not purchased are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Those covered by insurance will need to have claims filed - I will assist as I can with this but the buyer must comply with all requirements from the shipper to be fully reimbursed.

Refunds for reasons other than damage or mail damage must be discussed, with myself prior to issuance. No refunds will be issued prior to receipt back of merchandise in ORIGINAL shipped condition. Buyer must pay for all shipping costs, auction amount only MAY be refunded, and only if merchandise is received back in original condition within 1 week of receipt by buyer of merchandise. Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund - this would include buyers remorse or damage or use of item by buyer.

What is your policy on Feedback?

The goal of feedback is to allow each party to show their satisfaction with the auction at its completion. The completion of the auction is the point at which each party is satisfied that the transaction is complete. To this end, we leave feedback upon receipt by the buyer. This is the only way to confirm that the transaction has come to its final end. Negative feedback will be left for non paying bidders, no matter what the situation.
