Make sure you do your research before you buy, I do not take returns because it's not what you thought it was.....Due to people returning working items, I have a new strict return/exchange policy. PLEASE read this before you bid. If you don’t agree with this policy, do not bid.
1) If the item is not electrical, I will not accept any refunds unless it was grossly misrepresented in my listing and I strive not to do that.
2) If the item is electrical and is DOA on arrival and not due to shipping, I will accept it back. You will need to return it to me in original box, original condition and original packing and when I receive it and verify the issue, I will refund you the price you paid and the shipping from me to you and the return shipping. You DO NOT need to file a claim with PayPal, just work with me and I’ll work with you. If I determine that there is no problem with it, then I will ship it back to you and there will be no refund.
Why do you ask that I have this policy? Well, I have had several buyers just recently return items saying there was something wrong and when I received it, there was no issue. I even had one that after I refunded the money, admitted they just decided they didn’t like the item. I am not a major retail store that can afford to accept returns just because the buyer changes their mind.
1) Insurance is mandatory on all electrical items and glassware/ceramics and optional on almost all non-electrical items. What this means is if the item is damaged in shipment, then you will need to keep the shipping label (that’s your proof of insurance) and the item and take them to either UPS or USPS and file a claim. I do not file claims for the buyers. You will get your refund based on the price you paid not the value of the item. That’s their policy not mine. They do not refund shipping as this is not a tangible item. Again, their policy not mine. If it is less expensive to get an item repaired rather than receiving the purchase price back, then take the quote to them along with the shipping label and item, file the claim saying you want repair/replacement cost and not turn over the whole product.
While I want all my buyers to be happy, I realize that is not possible. I try to be as reasonable as possible within limits because I am not a large business that can afford to lose any money and give things away. I want you to have a product you like, I would like to at least make $1 from the deal.
I do not charge handling fees and I try my hardest to only charge what the post office or UPS charges to ship it to you. I absorb the costs of shipping materials into the price of the item and not charge extra.
I will ship overseas anywhere in the world but all sales are final. If the item is electrical, make sure you are aware of the different voltage, we have 110V and the item may not work in your part of the world without a convertor. I do NOT include convertors in any of my electrical products.
If you want to know how much it will cost to ship to you, go to www.usps.com click on calculate postage, click on calculate international postage, select your country, enter the weight (found in the listing) and click continue and it will give you different shipping option fees. I typically ship Priority Mail International.
I will send more pics of any item that you would like to see more detail. Just email me your addy to attach pics to because Ebay does not allow attachments in their emails.
You must pay for this item within 7 days from the end of the auction. If I do not hear from you after 3 days, I will resend the invoice as a reminder. After 7 days and no payment or email, I will be forced to file a non-paying bidder alert. If I never hear from you, I will be forced to leave negative feedback and you will be blocked from bidding any further on our items.
I will ship your item within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
I accept cashier checks, US money orders and Paypal payment. I do not accept credit card payments directly. You can use it through your PayPal account however.
Thanks and good luck.
