Star Rating: Due to Ebay's new Star Rating System, it's lack of clarity and thorough explaination, I would like to let you know how it affects our business. A 4 star may seem good, as eBay claims, but anything less than 5 stars may just as well be a Negative feedback score. 4.7 stars, in all categories, is their expectation on every order!! ...and We strive for it!!!!

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to me. I try to describe as simply and as acurately as possible, But I am human and not perfect. If something does not meet your satisfaction or seems to be misrepresented, LET ME KNOW by eMail and I will try to correct any error.

Shipping: I ship as fast as the same day or following day. First class is to save you money, but it does take longer. Priority can seem to be at the Post Office's leasure, though it is usually on time. International shipments can be held up in Customs twice which is not our fault. I use the Post Office's Calculator for exact shipping and Do Not charge handling charges except for New Aprons which are drop shipped and custom made, thus the flat rate.

Liability: Please remember, Damage or Loss duing transit is not a reason for return. Such damage or loss is at the buyer's risk and is covered by any insurance you may have purchased. International shipping is only covered up to foreign Customs, after that you must take issue with your Postal Service.
