This is a great vintage Past Commander belt designed for the Knights Templar (Masonic - York Rite) Lodge.  The leather belt is black and gold and has three chains coming off of it that are designed to have various ceremonial pieces attached.  The gold toned buckle has "In Hoc Signo Vinces" inscribed on it above a large red cross.  It has been used and is worn in spots, but in overall good condition.
