A huge Loetz piece form the early 20th century in thick cased glass. It measures just under 12" wide and is very imposing on a table, it dwarfs your average size Loetz piece. Excellent condition, has shelf wear on the footring commensurate with age and normal use, no chips, no fleatbites, no internal cracks or any other issues to mention.

International Buyers

We use Express Post International (EMS) for packages exceeding 2kgs (4.4 lbs) in weight, and Air Mail for items under 2kgs, the former can be tracked, the latter cannot. We may also have listed shipping with UPS if we feel this option will be the most appropriate given the expected value of the item, this service can also be tracked. We insure all items against loss or damage, however we have never had a lost or damaged item. Buyer is reponsible for their home country customs duty or taxes on importation.

I have added two pictures for size comparison. The piece is clean and in good condition on the inside and has no sick. It does have quite heavy shelf wear on the footrim both on the flat ground area and extending just out onto the curve as you would expect from the piece not being placed down pefectly flat each time, see the picture above. It has a couple of very minor scuffs on the widest part of the belly where it has touched other things, I stress they are minor and nothing to worry about. I have been round and round the rim and it has no chips, nicks, or machine polishing, it is fluid from the fire polished natural state. It has the usual frit inclusions in the glass from the making as one would expect from a hand made piece. It has no fissures or internal cracks.
