Master Violet ray old Quack Medicine Renulife Doctor

You are looking at an old piece of Doctors Equipment that is known as Quack Medicine now.  I am uncertain of who the maker was.  It was probably either Master Violet Ray or Renulife.  When plugged in, the prettiest violet colored light shines through the glass attachments.  As you can see there are a couple slits in the cord.  The tags that you see were in the box when I purchased it.  So I surmise that whoever had this had the attachment labeled so he would get it correc.  They say
