What is your shipping/delivery policy? Shipping is FREE on all combined orders totaling $99 and more, and is a flat $9.99 per package if it doesn't meet this criteria. For orders to be combined to qualify for free shipping, they must be placed within three days and paid for in a single payment. Orders placed before 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the following business day. We do offer Saturday delivery, but free shipping no longer applies; combined express shipping cost and special delivery costs require a flat fee of $69.99 per package. Such orders must be placed before 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday. BorisalWine uses DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ship and deliver your order. We have no control over the transit time and we are not responsible for any delay with the delivery. Transit time will vary by state, and though we cannot guarantee delivery dates, ground shipping generally takes between 1-5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number and delivery information for your package so that you can check the status. 2. Are there any restrictions on shipping and delivery? By ordering from us you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to request proof of age/identity prior to filling an order. Title to, and ownership of the wine/spirits you order passes from BorisalWine to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state. If the package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign for it, we will deduct the two-way shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee from your order and refund the rest. Is there any discount for multiple bottle or case purchases? Our prices are already heavily discounted. We are unable to offer any additional discounts at this time. 4. What is your refund policy? Please contact us by email before attempting a return. If you suspect the product is spoiled, please put the cork back in and return the bottle to us with the wine or spirit still in it. We can't take back any empty bottles, so please don't dump it. All refund requests must be emailed in within 30 days of the delivery date. If we send you the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pickup and replacement. If you would like to make a return for any other reason, or if the package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign for it, we will issue a refund less the cost of two-way shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
