Mattel Midge Barbie vintage doll, 1962, with clothes

This Mattel vintage doll is Midge, from 1962.  I could not get a clear picture of her behind to show the markings but it shows Midge 1962, Barbie 1958, Mattel Inc. Patented. This doll's legs are straight and do not bend at the knees.  There are no teeth marks on her, arms and waist rotate nicely.  Not much nail polish left on her fingernails but toes are still good. The word Japan is shown underneath one foot. Her head rotates nicely as well. And she has a very full head of hair.

This doll is in good shape, but she has a little blue showing on her right earlobe from the metal of previous earrings as well as a tiny split there.  Her left ear is fine with no bluish mark, but has a tiny split at the earlobe, same as the other one.

I am including in this sale, a grouping of clothing, some with tags, some not. The green suit that Midge wears in the photo has a Mattel Barbie tag on the jacket, and all the clothes you see to the left side of Midge looking at the photo are also tagged Mattel Barbie.  These include a summer dress and two crinolines. The group of clothes on the right side looking at the picture are not tagged - they include yellow knitted sweater jacket, sleeveless top and skirt, white jacket, a yellow plush stole, and a green sweater jacket with sleeveless top.  The black cocktail dress does have a tag - Made In British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. The metal stand is also included.
