Time to plan your Winter and Srping vacations to Maui.  The Whales are back in the Maui waters and will be there until April.  You will be able to watch them right from the beach.  We offer good discounts on Winter rentals of more than 7 nights.  Please book early we fill up quickly.  Hotels are expensive and can't offer you all the amenities you get in a roomy condo.  Cook your own meals or use the barbeques and have a picnic.   The airlines are offering great pricing on fares.  

Our Kihei Maui Hawaii condo is very large  (980+ square ') with two, yes two, lanais for viewing the Peek-a-boo Ocean, Volcano and Garden views.  Sleeps 6 people very comfortably.  Egrets,  many tropical birds, huge toads and geckos visit our area in a continuously changing natural environment all day long.  Located away from street traffic yet close to everything, it is a relaxing and quiet place for your vacation or honeymoon.    

Set with a pretty tropical decor and Maui rattan furnishings, the rooms are large and the fully equipped kitchen is large enough for two people to work in without bumping into each other! 

The Up-scale Maui Banyan Resort is located less than a 3 minute walk to the best beach in Maui: Kamaole Beach II!! A life guarded, golden Sandy Beach, great for snorkeling, fishing, or just soaking up the rays. A boat launch is also located nearby, shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance.  A very pretty condo, we have added lots of up-grades.  We have A/C and Ceiling Fans, something not always included in island rentals.  Easy care ceramic tile flooring, and beautiful bedding.  We have designer Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath areas.  Full cable with HBO on 3 TV's and FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET is included in your rental, bring your laptop.

There are many famous places to visit on Maui.  Visit a volcano or bike ride down the volcano, take a day trip to beautiful Hana, take a picnic lunch to the beautiful Iao Valley and have lunch in the Japanese gardens.  Visit the Maui Ocean Center and explore the undersea life found in Maui waters and walk through an underwater viewing tube where you become part of the ocean.  Water sports include windsurfing, snorkeling and surfing.  Use our boogie boards and play in the surf!  Maui has the longest Zipline in the State of Hawaii, it's great fun !!!  Golfing is located nearby.

Rates are based on 4 Persons - Add $10 night for extra guests.  Additional Security/Damage Deposit $250 Required.

The rental FEE is for one night based on a 7 Night Stay.  You must check with me or look at the availability calendar before bidding for availability!!!!  

Five Night Minimum on Condo Rental unless available between bookings   

Long term stays welcome and generous discounts will be given on longer stays.  The condo is available year round, Holiday and High season rates are higher.  We will be happy to give you rates or check the availability calendar.   

A small cleaning fee will be added to your billing to help defray the cost of cleaning when you leave.  State of Hawaii taxes of 12.42% is added on all rentals.
