Our BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT 2 Bdrm/1 Bath condo has a SPECTACULAR, UNOBSTRUCTED WHITE WATER OCEAN VIEW from the lanai, living room, dining room & kitchen no matter if you are sitting or standing! Look across the channel to see humpback whales (in season), windsurfers, kitesurfers, sailboats and views of Molokai and Lanai.

Our condominium is newly remodeled and thoughtfully outfitted for your total convenience with a King-size mattress in the master bedroom and a comfy, queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is free assigned parking, a washer/dryer in the condo, A/C in the living room, cable TV in both the master bedroom and the living room flat-panel TV with DVD, VCR, and CD players, a new refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, free local phone calls, etc...  The Maui Sands complex has a large swimming pool and several  BBQ’s for your use.

Our condo is in a fabulous location, next to relaxing sandy beaches with reef protected calm crystal clear water for safe swimming and snorkeling. The condo is only 5 minutes from KA’AHANAPALI BEACH AND KAPALUA RESORTS with world famous shopping, dining and GOLF.  The old whaling village of LAHAINA WITH SHOPPING, NIGHT LIFE AND LOADS OF RESTAURANTS IS ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY. Our condo is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, windsurfing, whale watching, and of course, sunbathing. You can also snorkel along coastal reefs and find delightful underwater creatures including the Green Sea Turtles.
