These prices also include the customers $400 refundable deposit that is refunded back at the end of the 6 night stay once it has been confirmed that the guest did stay the full 6 nights.  This travel is not connected with any timeshare or tour presentation of any kind.

The $1200.00 price for this certificate does include the refundable deposit of ($400.00) which is given back to the customer after it has been confirmed that the customer did stay the full 6 nights.  That makes this travel certificate really only an $800.00 purchase.  Because this is a complimentary/discounted travel certificate this is the process by which the Travel Center uses  for the refundble deposit.

Regarding refunds!  If the customer wishes to cancel they will incur a 25% cancellation penalty.  In the case that dates are not available for the customer then Bomdigity Travel will issue a full refund.  A full refund will only be issued if dates are not available thus making this certificate of no value to the customer.  If the customer cancels 90 days before their arrival date the customer will get their $400 refundable booking deposit back as well as their processing fee associated with this certificate but will incur a 25% cancellation penalty on the cost of the certificate itself.   Should the customer cancel within this 90 day (before arrival ) they will loose their refundable deposit & processing fees but will still be able to be refunded 75% of the certificate price.

Question from a customer:
What is the process- once I buy the certificate, do I call the hotel to book the dates- and are there
blackout dates or other things to worry about?

Answer:   The process is this:
1) You buy the certificate, I check the availability for these dates, If these dates are available
I have them guaranteed with your refundable deposit,
2) I send you a confirmation (not from the hotel but from the travel center, on your dates being blocked & guaranteed)
and travel policies via email,
3) then I send your copies of your certificate(s) & letter via e-mail,
4) then you just wait for your travel packet from the travel center which comes with your arrival information & a nice formal brochure from the hotel & instrunctions on how to get your refundable booking deposit mailed to you once you've completed your stay.  It takes around two weeks to receive your deposit.
5) black out dates for 2008: Thanksgiving day, xmas eve & day, & new years eve
6) black out dates for 2009: Easter, Independance Day, Thanksgiving day, xmas eve & day, & new years day & eve
