Turnaround time from the time you receive the email that your item has been shipped and the time you receive it, is 1-10 days in North America and 6-12 weeks if sent regular ground outside of North America. Canada Post does not allow for claims until 15 business days have elapsed from date of shipment and all a trace will do is show me/you that it was shipped and from where.
