Buyer must either pay for the item or contact us to arrange for payment within five (5) business days of the end of the sale or auction. By not contacting us, you release us to begin a process to cancel the transaction, recoup our listing fees and relist the item.
Handling Charges: We pack items extremely well, using sturdy materials and taking our time. We usually include a small handling fee to help offset these costs.
Shipping Materials: Many books and other items of that size are routinely packed in bubble mailers. Larger items we often pack in recycled corrugated boxes and other packing materials. We do this both as a conservation measure to recycle these materials and as a way of keeping our handling charges to a minimum. We will never in this process compromise the safety of your precious belonging.
Domestic Customers: We ship within no more than three business days, usually sooner, of receiving confirmation of your good payment. With Paypal this is instantaneous, with checks and money orders it may take up to 10 days for your payment to clear at our bank.
International Customers: We ship most items world-wide. International shipping is processed once a week, usually Wednesday. International customers should carefully note shipping costs and if there is any question or concern, contact us BEFORE bidding. We require insurance on all international sales.
