This offering is for the highest quality Water Transfer Decal sets you will find anywhere. These are high gloss, silk screened, laquer made in the same way the originals were. The colors especially the Gold is a richer color then the picture depicts due to camera flash washing the color a bit. These are like what was used from about January 1933 on the Model 92 Single Cylinder Multi-Motor Engine and all the Model 72 Twin Cylinder Multi-Motor Engines until the end of production in 1952. Two of these decals were even used on the Briggs N Stratton Engine set-ups built after the famous Maytag Engines ceased production in 1952. The large red MAYTAG script decal was not originally used on the engines, But is nice to use on the skid or trucks the engine is mounted to. These are "Not" those nasty Mylar or Vinyl Stickers, If you have a glass smooth surface they look ok but you can still always spot a Mylar or Vinyl Sticker a mile away. The water transfer are more forgiving on a uneven surface and look much better and are correct on a restoration. Make sure that once the decal is dry to use a clear coat on the decal to protect it. Maytag originally used clear shellac brushed on. But your choice, its up to you. These are new aftermarket decals.
