McClelland Barclay is a highly and most respected name in the world of costume jewelry. Barclay was an artist, sculpture, and jewelry designer and had started in jewelry in the 1930's.  Tragically, he had been killed in World War II in early 1943. During times in 1932 to 1938 he had designed jewelry and had commissioned different manufactures to produce his jewelry until  about 1935. "Rice Weiner Co" made most of his jewelry for him, and they were one of many.

This is a very highly collectible and beautiful piece.  Own it now.
