UPS will issue you a damage control #. E-mail Baylessbargains with this damage control # and we will continue to follow the shipment until we have received it. 3.) UPS should contact us (as your shipper) within 24 hours of your report. 4.) As soon as Baylessbargains receives proof of damage/loss from UPS we will process your refund.
