CARD is in MINT condition as issued - minimal card to card surface contact marks from actual display and issue. McDONALD'S display methods leave a lot to be desired. The nature of the display slides one card on top of the other in order to remove it. This leaves some extremely fine, though faint scratches in the central area of the card's front. Though not distracting, they are virtually always present from genuinely obtained cards. THIS CARD WAS ONLY AVAILABLE AT PARTICIPATING McDONALD'S LOCATIONS IN THE BUFFALO, NEW YORK AREA. This CARD is NOT ACTIVATED. With the extremely small number of McDonald's in the BUFFALO, NEW YORK area, less than 50, it is a total guess as to how many of these cards were produced. No information from McDONALD'S has ever been made available.
