You're buying a PAIR of McHENRY 1812 Whiskey bottles from BENTON Pa. the Large Bottle is in GREAT Condition and the sample bottle has a Flea bite on the corner and some hazing I was Told it was a Sample Bottle Probably from the Fire .GREAT TIME FOR a CHRISTMAS GIFT or just a GREAT GIFT!!!!! Don't Forget if Your a Pa. RESIDENT YOU MUST PAY SALES TAX!!!!

• All items are sold AS IS (no exceptions)! You will be receiving items the way we have gotten them (dirty, dusty, etc). 
• We describe items as best as we can.  If you have questions about an item, please email BEFORE the auction ends and BEFORE bidding!  E-mails will NOT be answered on Sunday and will probably not be answered if sent within only a few hours of auction's end.  We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as we can. 
• Items will be packed to the best of our ability.  Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and is recommended.  Seller will NOT be responsible for broken items.  NO refunds will be given!
• Items will be shipped as soon as possible but we do have two small children and sometimes things come up.
• All sales in PA will incur a 6% sales tax.
• Local pickups are always welcome.  PayPal will NOT be accepted for local pickup.  You must contact us prior to pickup to make payment arrangements.  Items must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to the auction's end.
• Auctions must be paid for within 7 days.  If not paid, the winning bidder will be given an unpaid item strike.
• We put a shipping calculator on most of our auctions.  If there is no shipping calculator listed, please email us with your zip code for a shipping quote.  With some of the larger items we sell, we use FEDEX for shipping.  Shipping prices are non negotiable.
• We ONLY accept PayPal!  NO PERSONAL CHECKS!  PayPal payments are only accepted with a CONFIRMED PayPal address.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
• If you are an international bidder, please do not ask us to change the value of the item on the customs form.  It is illegal and we will NOT do it, so please DO NOT ask!
