McLoughlin The New Pretty Village Buildings + More

Description
This is a lot of eight buildings plus accessories from McLoughlin's The New Pretty Village play set from 1897.
Included are eight buildings, a paper layout mat, two fence pieces, three trees/shrubs, and two horse-drawn vehicles.
The buildings are in Good to Very Good condition. A couple of them have the fibroid tape reinforced with scotch tape. The church is missing the top of it's steeple, and the florist's shop is missing it's roof.
The paper layout sheet is in fair condition. It has tears along most of it's folds and has been heavily taped. The accessories are in Good condition but none have their stands.
Winning bidder will pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping.

return an item you must notify me within 5

Payment
Payment
is expected within 10 days of close of auction.
I accept PayPal, money orders, personal/business
checks and cashiers checks. ND residents must
add 5% for sales tax.
Winning
bidder will receive a winning bidder
notification shortly after the auction ends.
This notification will contain everything you
need to make payment unless shipping is
dependent upon your location. In that case, you
will also receive an invoice with the proper
shipping amount in it. If you don't receive
either of these within two hours of the end of
the auction please email me.

Shipping
All
items will be shipped via the United States
Postal Service. All books will be sent by
Media Mail. Small paper items will be sent by
First Class Mail. All other items will be sent
by Priority Mail.
Any
special mailing requests must be requested and
approved prior to the closing of the
individual auction.
Winning
bidder is responsible for all shipping,
special handling and insurance costs. Shipping
will be at estimated cost. Insurance must be
requested at time of payment. Seller will not
be responsible for uninsured items that are
lost or damaged during shipping.
