McMurdo Silver Tube Radio Tuner Masterpiece 5

 This is the tuner chassis for a McMurdo Silver Masterpiece V radio. It is in working condition but will need a power supply/output chassis and speaker to operate. I am only selling this tuner chassis in the auction. Cosmetic condition is pretty good but has areas of surface rust and chrome that is missing in a few areas. Please see photos. It will need a good cleaning and polishing of the chrome, but is really in presentable condition. The top cover and bottom plate are included as well. These are impressive sets and one of the more elaborate radios from the the late 30s. This is a rather large set at 21"W x 13"D x 10"H. Weight is about 40 pounds when packaged. Please keep in mind if you are an overseas buyer you will be responsible for customs costs at your location. I am required to accurately report value for insurance purposes and I always insure for your protection and mine. USPS or FedEx will be used depending on your preference.
